As a dishwasher, you are responsible for keeping track of all the dishes at the restaurants in our hospital. You will also help prepare evening meals for patients in the UMC Utrecht and Wilhelmina Children's Hospital.
Every day is different, but the most important tasks for you as a dishwasher are:
- Keeping track of the dishes with special machines;
- Cleaning the dishwashing area, kitchens and restaurant;
- Preparing evening meals for patients.
We offer you a special workplace in the largest hospital in Central Netherlands. Your working hours are flexible and you will receive an allowance on Saturdays and Sundays.

Are you hardworking, a team player and not afraid to get your hands dirty? We are looking for a dishwashing assistant who can tick off the following points:
- You are available at least 2 or 3 days a week.
- You are available at least 2 weekends per month.
- Experience as a dishwasher is a plus but not a must.
- You are able to stand and walk for longer periods of time.
- You speak English or Dutch.
- You live within 20 kilometers of the hospital.
Dit bieden we jou
- A salary between € 2.574 and € 2.854 gross per month (salary scale 2), based on full-time employment (36 hours).
- An allowance when you work on Saturdays and Sundays.
- A contract for a year, with the prospect of extension.
- Year-end bonus of 8.3% and holiday allowance of 8%.
- Pension insurance with ABP. We take care of approximately 70% of the monthly contribution.
- 100% public transport reimbursement. Are you coming on foot, by bike or by car? You will then receive a reimbursement of € 0.18 per km (by car up to a max. of 40 km one way).
- The option to select additional employment benefits in exchange for gross salary, such as purchasing a bicycle and memberships.
